OEM & ODM

Build your own cordless nailer line on our platform

We are the manufacturer, not a trading company. That means a distributor, buying group or tool brand can take the 20V brushless platform behind our 10 models and put it to market under their own name - with the specification, packaging and certification set their market actually needs.

20V cordless brushless framing nailer available for OEM and ODM private-label programmes

Platform tooling shared across 5 product families

OEM

Our tools, your brand

The fastest route to market: an existing, certified model finished and packaged as your own product.

Private-label branding

Your logo, model codes and brand identity applied to the tool housing, battery, carry case and carton.

Custom colourways

Housing and trim finished to your brand colours so the range sits alongside the rest of your catalogue.

Market packaging

Retail or contractor packaging, carton marks, barcodes and multilingual manuals prepared for your destination market.

Battery platform matching

Battery and charger interface configured to suit the 20V platform you already sell, so tools share packs with your existing line.

Kit configuration

Tool-only, single-battery or full kit configurations, with the fastener starter packs and accessories you want included.

Documentation set

Declaration of conformity, test reports, lithium-ion transport paperwork and quality records issued under your programme.

ODM

A tool that does not exist yet

When the range does not cover your application, our engineering team develops against your specification on the platform we already manufacture.

Platform-based development

New models developed on the proven 20V brushless drivetrain rather than from a blank sheet, which shortens development time and keeps reliability predictable.

Fastener compatibility work

Magazine, nose and driver geometry adapted to the collated fastener standard used in your market.

Mechanical and electronic design

In-house mechanical, electronic and firmware engineering, so control behaviour and safety interlocks are specified with you, not sourced in.

Certification routing

Development is aimed at the schemes you need from the outset - CE, RoHS, ISO9001, TÜV, SGS - rather than retro-fitted at the end.

How It Works

From brief to shipment in five stages

Lead times, tooling costs and minimum quantities depend on the specification, so they are quoted against your brief rather than published as a headline figure.

  1. 01

    Brief

    Define the programme

We start from your market, target trades and price position. You tell us which of the ten existing models fit and where you need something different; we come back with what is feasible on the current platform and what needs development.

  2. 02

    Specification

    Agree the specification

Impact energy, fastener compatibility, firing mode, magazine capacity and battery interface are fixed in writing before tooling or artwork begins, together with the certification set your market requires.

  3. 03

    Samples

    Sample and approve

Pre-production samples are built on the production line, first-article inspected and shipped for your own field testing. Nothing goes into series production until you have signed the sample off.

  4. 04

    Production

    Series production

Your programme runs through the same four inspection gates as our own brand - incoming material, in-process, first article and final quality control - with firing tests recorded before packing.

  5. 05

    Supply

    Ship and support

Production is scheduled from our Zhejiang base or our Binh Duong facility in Vietnam, giving you a second origin for tariff and lead-time planning, with spare parts held against your bill of materials.

Before You Enquire

What to send us

  4. Branding requirements - logo files, colourways and model code convention
  5. Battery platform you already sell, if tools need to share packs
  6. Packaging format and the languages your manuals must cover
