Manufacturing and global supply
Our manufacturing facility covers more than 24,000 square meters and is equipped with over 200 advanced CNC machining centers, automated heat treatment systems, precision assembly lines, and comprehensive quality inspection processes. To further strengthen our global supply capabilities, NailTask has completed the construction of its manufacturing facility in Vietnam and officially commenced production. This strategic expansion enhances our manufacturing flexibility, shortens delivery lead times, and provides more reliable supply chain solutions for customers and OEM/ODM partners worldwide.

Flow assembly with station-level torque control and end-of-line function testing, supporting mixed-model production across the ten-tool range.

Spare Parts & Batch Traceability
Every build is recorded against its component batch, so a warranty claim traces back to the parts behind it, and wear parts for the whole range are stocked - a field failure stays a repair.
Buyers are welcome on site. If travel is not practical, our engineers will walk the production line on a scheduled video call and answer process questions live.
